New Hat
Mama and Papa went away for the weekend! NeighborGirl came over to feed and play with us. It was kinda lonely but neat being at home alone. Stinky and me started to throw a party but we weren't tall enough to get the doors open for our guests. And it was hard to open beer bottles without thumbs. And we didn't have a phone to call anyone. So we just ate fuzzballs off the floor and watched cable t.v.Look at the hat Mama got me.
I was really excited about having my own baseball helmet until I took a closer look...
Do you know what that is? It's a devil ray. Cousin to the Steve-Irwin-Killing-Stingray! I liked Steve. I shall not be wearing the hat because it reminds me of such unpleasantness.
Why couldn't Mama have brought home a Yankees helmet?

How I Spent My Summer Vacation

This is what Mama & Papa do for fun on Saturday nights.
I LOVE resting my dainty little butthole right on Mama's number 4 toe. It's the best place to be.
I also spent a lot of time hiding from the children. Can you blame me? Weirdos.
I was so glad to see the children go to school. I spent way too much time this summer begging for treats from them. Why can't they just toss them to me right away like Mama does?

Mama's Home!
Mama got home a couple of weeks ago and I've been sooooo happy! Papa came home a few days before her and I was starting to wonder if she was ever coming back! We've been spending lots of time bonding on the couch. It is one of our favorite things to do.
These are Mama's friend's dogs:
You see that fluffy white dog? She doesn't have any eyeballs! For awhile, she had one eye she could see with and there was a MARBLE in the other empty socket! How cool is that? I bet Mama would make me a spiffy eyepatch if I went blind in one eye.
You'll never believe what Mama did to them! She dyed them blue and hot pink! Here's another one of the pink dog. I think she looks so pretty. I'm kinda jealous. I wish I had more white fur so she could dye me too.
We have a small visitor for the next couple of weeks.
That's Mama's niece, Sylvie. I guess Sylvie would be my cousin? She's already dropped me on the floor once but I'm so tough that it didn't even phase me. It's fun to chase her around the house. We play tag and she screams and runs all over the place. Ha! Who would've thought that lil' ol' me could be so scary?
I'm going to go patrol the pool area now. I need some sun.

Mama's Gone
Mama's on vacation. The whole family's on vacation except for me & Stinky dog. We're all cooped up in the bedroom and bathroom and Neighborgirl comes over a few times a day to play with us and lets us out to potty.I will be so glad when my bipeds get home.
Mama sent me a picture...
She is LOVING ON ANOTHER DOG! I can't believe it. I've been told that is my cousin, Bud Light. All I can say is if I ever get my paws on him, I'll kick his butt for taking my Mama's attention.

Party Animal
Do you like my hat? I'm not to fond of it but I will wear it today because it is my Papa's birthday and I want to be festive.
I heard Mama say that there will be cake and goodies later. I can't wait! I'm sure that since I'm looking so snazzy today that they won't be able to deny me when I beg for scraps.
Happy birthday Papa! Please burp in my face after you eat your cake, okay?

Hi!
I went to the Paw Park this weekend! It was great! There were other dogs there and we played tag. Stinky dog was kind of unsociable and she stuck pretty much to Mama's side. But not me, I was the life of the park!You want to know a good place to nap? Under the laptop. You get your belly full and then go lay on your Mama's leg and let the hum of the computer lull you to sleep. It is great.
Papa is teaching me to do tricks. He'll say "spin!" and I'll whirl around like a tornado and then he'll give me a treat. He's working on something that he calls "sit!" but I like "spin!" better. It's fun!
